Forming a relationship with a refugee opens doors on the worlds of both: not only does it allow the refugee to find practical and emotional support, to speak Italian outside the formalities of the courses, to be accompanied in the discovery of the city and in the construction of autonomy, but also the tutor has the opportunity to see up close the realities that are often portrayed in alarmist tones by the media and politics.
