Training
Formation
Every migrant and refugee has a story, skills, and aspirations. We start from these to build together an individualized path that equips them with the tools needed for social, economic, and housing integration in the country of asylum. By combining individual or group activities and promoting active and motivated participation, we improve the effectiveness of the learning process. From language workshops to skills development programs, on-the-job training, and professional courses, individuals engage not only with CIAC staff, public agencies, and trainers but also with volunteers and associations. These interactions help foster the acquisition of soft skills -such as overcoming emotional and relational barriers - necessary for successful and lasting integration.
