Training
Formation
Every migrant, every refugee has a story, skills, and aspirations. We start from these to build together an individualized path that allows them to acquire useful tools for social, economic, and housing integration in the country of asylum, alternating individual or group proposals and promoting active and motivated participation, to make the learning path more effective. From language laboratories to transversal skills laboratories, from on-the-job training to professional training courses, the person comes into contact not only with CIAC operators and public bodies and/or trainers but also with volunteers and associations that facilitate the acquisition of the soft skills (for example, overcoming emotional and relational barriers) necessary for a positive and stable insertion.
