Work

Working without legality and dignity is a deprivation of rights, it is exploitation. For this reason, at CIAC, the tools to promote work autonomy have at the center not only the acquisition of specific and professional skills to learn a trade or recycle knowledge but also a more holistic approach towards worker protection, safety, legality, the ways to fight the thousand forms of black, gray and exploited work. This action is carried out not only with refugees and migrants whom we accompany on their individual journey towards autonomy but also with public and private organizations in the area: training organizations, employment agencies, companies, and unions.
