INTARSI
The project aims to enhance the regional system of social-welfare services for the care, autonomy, and integration of third-country nationals belonging to families or single-parent households with minors. This is achieved through organizational and operational support for the experimentation of innovative intervention models designed to address and overcome situations of need and difficulty. By promoting coordination and collaboration among public and private stakeholders at regional, provincial, and local levels, the project seeks to improve the functionality and efficiency of social protection tools. These tools target the underlying conditions that create the greatest risks of marginalization, hardship, and social exclusion, thereby reducing the strain on local social and health services. The project is being implemented in the provinces of Parma, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Cesena, Rimini, and Ravenna.
