Since 2014, Ciac has been managing the project of the National System of Protection for Asylum Seekers and Refugees of the City of Parma, in a network with several local associations that have formed the "Civilization of Welcome" formed by Ciac, Caritas, Centro di Aiuto Alla Vita, Buon Pastore, Pozzo di Sicar, Betania, San Giuseppe Onlus, Di Mano in Mano. The project has a capacity of 120 places and provides accommodation for single men, single women, victims of trafficking, families and single parents. 2 places are reserved for accommodation in families and communities.
